E-book courses consist of two parts: the Study Guide and the Quiz. To receive a certificate for the course, it's essential that you complete all activities correctly, otherwise the certificate option won't be available.

When you open a course, you'll be automatically redirected to the first activity, which is the Study Guide. You can read it online or save it to your device for full-screen reading.

To read the document online, open the Study Guide activity, position your mouse at the top of the document, and start scrolling down. If you're on a mobile or tablet, you can pull or slide up to read the document.

To read the document offline, click on the arrow icon in the top right corner of the document (visible when you hover over the document), click the Print icon then download the document to your device.

Once you've finished reading the Study Guide, please go back to the "Study Guide" activity (in case you were reading it offline), then click on "Done" and click the "Next" button at the bottom to confirm that section as completed. Remember, failing to mark this section as completed may prevent you from obtaining the certificate.

For the Quiz activity, you will need to score at least 70% to pass that section.

Once you have completed both sections, you will see the option to obtain a certificate.
