Completed the course, but no certificate?
Completed the course, but no certificate?
Updated over 9 months ago

In most of the cases this means that some of the activities are still not finished and in order to receive a certificate, you need to complete all the activities in a course successfully.

To check if all the activities are properly completed please reopen the course again and check the menu on left. You need to see a checkmark next to each section and activity.

1. Video courses

You need to watch the video/s until the very last second. (Please check How to watch videos?)

Sometimes it happens that the lecturer stops talking and students move to the next activity without waiting for the video to run out.

If this is the case, please reopen the video again, and if you have already watched it no need to watch it from the beginning.

Slide to the point where you left off (even if it's only the last few seconds) and let it play. Once the video finishes, the activity will be marked as completed and you will be able to receive a certificate.

Once you do let the video finish its own, wait for a second or two once it runs out, it will automatically mark it as completed and take you to the next activity.

2. Text-based course

Reopen the "Study Guide" Activity and click on the "Next" button at the bottom to mark the section as completed once you are done reading it.

3. Quiz

Make sure that all the quiz activity is properly completed. If not, you can redo it unlimited times until you pass and mark it as done.
