First, please log in using the same email address you used to make the purchase. See: How do I sign in?
If you’re unsure which email was used, you can check the receipt or invoice sent to your email after the purchase.
Once you’re logged in, go to the My Learning section, where you’ll find My Courses, My Packages, or My Webinars. That’s where your purchased courses will be available.
If you’re unable to see your courses
It’s possible that:
You’re logged into the wrong account
Your access has expired
In that case, please double-check:
You’re using the correct email and login method (Google, Apple, Facebook, or email/password)
You’re on the correct market site (as shown in your confirmation email)
🔓 If You Purchased an Unlimited Subscription
With an Unlimited Subscription, you have access to our entire course library for one full year. You can add as many courses as you want—anytime, with no additional cost.
Here’s how to add courses:
Scroll the homepage to browse featured or recommended courses, or
Use the Search bar at the top to find a specific topic or course.
Click on the course to open its page.
On the course page, click the “Enroll” button to add it to your account.
Once enrolled, the course will appear in your My Courses section so you can return to it anytime.
💡 You can repeat this process for as many courses as you’d like during your subscription period.
📦 If You Purchased a Single Course or a Custom Package
Log in to your account on the correct market site.
Click on My Courses in the left-side menu.
You’ll see all your purchased courses listed there.
Click any course to begin learning.
📜 Where to Find Your Certificate
After completing all videos and quizzes in a course, your certificate will be automatically generated and available under My Certificates.
