Welcome to our Course Accreditation Guide! Here, we'll help you understand course eligibility and accreditation, making your professional journey easier.

Q: What are my requirements?

A: To determine your requirements, follow these steps:

Click on the "requirements" tab in the navigation bar.

Then, select your organization (Bar, Court, CPA body, professional association...) from the list, or use the search box with a relevant keyword.

Q: How do I search for an accredited course?

A: If your organization has an accreditation process, use the following steps:

  • Navigate to the course search page.

  • Use the "associations" filter on the left side to search for your organization either by scrolling or by using the search box.

The same applies to Custom Package filtering. When you are searching for courses to add to your Custom Package, you will see the same filter that you can use to filter eligible content.

Q: Who is responsible for issuing my credits and certificates?

A: Follow these guidelines:

Check the "provider" listed on each course page.

  • If it says "LearnFormula", you can use our certificates, and we report your credits (should the regulatory body require that).

If it lists a different provider, you can hover over the provider name, and you will see the details on credit issuance.

Q: Where can I see what credit type is the course valid for?

A: Your designation may require you to complete certain specialty credits to comply with your obligations. Here's how to find out:

You can see the credits on the course landing page. Under your organization's name, you will see who the provider is that will issue the credits for you, and what the credit type is, as demonstrated below:

Q: How can I download the certificate for my organization?

  • Select your organization from the dropdown or use the search box.

  • Enter your credential ID (Bar/Court ID, PTIN, etc.) to download the certificate.

See more on how to download certificates here.

Q: I don't see my organization on the list

A: If your organization is missing from the list, consider these possibilities:

  • The course may be pending approval.

  • The approval may have expired.

  • The approval hasn't been updated yet.

  • The course may not be eligible for credits for your designation.

Please message our support team directly via live chat or email, and they'll be able to answer your questions on eligibility.

Q: I completed a course but didn't receive credits for it

A: If you have completed an approved course for your designation but have not received credits, consider the following:

  • Check if your organization requires self-reporting.

  • If not:

    • It may be that your transcript wasn't yet updated, but the course was reported for you (usually takes 2 business days to update).

    • You completed the course over the weekend, therefore the next reporting batch will be on Monday.

    • You missed entering your ID (PTIN, Bar ID, or Court ID) when generating the certificate for your organization.

    • There's a delay in reporting credits (usually around key deadlines - year-end or due to the holiday season).

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
