Welcome to our Course Accreditation Guide! Here, we'll help you understand course eligibility and accreditation, making your professional journey easier.
At LearnFormula, we want to help you easily find courses and packages that qualify for your professional association or continuing education credits. Here’s how to navigate the accreditation features on our platform.
How to Select Your Professional Association
Visit Your Market Page
When you first go to your market (for example, a specific country or region), you’ll see a row of association logos and buttons at the top of the page. These represent the most relevant organizations and associations for your market and professional designation.Default View: All Associations
By default, the platform shows courses and packages that apply to all associations.
Filter by Your Association
To see courses specific to your professional body:
Click one of the association buttons at the top to filter the content instantly.
Or click the Search button, select your region, and browse a list of associations. Choose yours to filter the courses and packages accordingly.
Updated Content and Requirements
Once you select your association:
The entire course and package listings will update to show content relevant to that organization’s credit requirements.
You’ll also see the specific association requirements you need to meet to maintain your license.
Additional information about accreditations, reporting procedures, and renewal details will be displayed.
Checking Credit Information on Each Course or Package
When viewing any course or package page, it’s important to:
Scroll down to the Credit Information section, usually found below the course description.
There, you will find:
A list of associations for which the course is accredited.
The type and number of credits offered.
Additional details on credit requirements, reporting procedures, expiration dates, and any other relevant info.
Using the Credit Tracker
LearnFormula provides a Credit Tracker tool to help you stay on top of your compliance:
You can find the Credit Tracker on each course page or access it from the Credit Tracker section in the left sidebar menu of your dashboard.
The tracker records your earned credits and compares them against your association’s requirements.
It takes into account different reporting cycles, which may be annual, biennial, or triennial, depending on your professional association.
This helps you monitor your progress and ensure you meet your continuing education obligations on time.
Summary
Use the association filters at the top or search for your professional body to tailor course listings to your needs.
Always check the Credit Information section on each course or package page for detailed accreditation info.
Utilize the Credit Tracker to monitor your earned credits and stay compliant with your association’s reporting schedule.
