Downloading certificates
Updated over 3 weeks ago

Once you find your certificate/s (please see Finding Certificates ), here are a few tips on how to download them to your device.

After clicking the "Get a Certificate" button, you’ll be prompted to select an association. Simply click on the empty field, and a dropdown menu will appear with all the available associations for that course.

1. General Certificate

A general certificate is available for all organizations and associations. This type of certificate includes all the essential details you need to claim your credits but does not contain any special elements, such as codes, or additional information required by specific regulators. If your organization has special requirements, please check the "Specialised Certificates" section below.

Select the "General" option and click "Open certificate".

It will display your name, the instructor's name, the course title, course category, hours, and date of completion. To download it to your device - click the "Download" button at the top.

If you’re unsure which certificate applies to you, feel free to reach out to our Support Team for guidance!

2. Specialised certificates (HRCI, SHRM, NASBA, IRS, FBPE, California Bar, etc. certificates)

Some associations require specialized certificates that include codes, or other essential details. If applicable, the organization’s name will appear in the dropdown menu.

Select the name from the menu and the certificate will update with all revenant information so that you need to verify your credits.

3. Member ID

For certain organizations or associations, you’ll need to enter your Member ID in the designated field. This field is specifically used for entering identifiers like your PTIN number, license number, or Bar ID, which are required for us to accurately report your credits to the appropriate regulator.

You only need to provide this information the first time you generate a certificate. Once entered, the system will securely save your PTIN or Bar ID, so you won’t need to input it again.

If you have any questions or need assistance with this process, our Support Team is here to help!
