Many factors can cause video playback issues, such as internet or device connection.
If a video is freezing, buffering, or simply won't start here are some possible solutions to that issue.
Refresh - Refreshing the page fixes the problem most of the time. Your browser might be overloaded with temporary and cache data that slows it down. Click Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard, it forces a complete refresh of the web page, clearing the cache and downloading all contents of the page again
Check your internet connection - A network overload (especially if you are watching from public networks or the office, where a lot of people are connected to the same network) or a weak internet connection can cause video buffering and not starting to play. Buffering problems can be solved by pausing the video for a few seconds and then resuming.
Use Chrome Browser - Chrome browser has a built-in hardware acceleration that can help with watching HD videos.
Clear cache & cookies - When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
