2. Completion and Certificate Rules
A refund will not be provided if:
You have completed all course components, or
You have generated a certificate for the course.
Completing the course or downloading certificates indicates the content has been used, and at that point refunds no longer apply.
3. Free Trial Policy
If you start a free trial, you can cancel within the trial period without being charged.
Example: You start a 7-day trial on February 1. You must cancel by February 8 to avoid being charged.
If you don’t cancel within the trial period, the subscription will automatically begin, and standard refund rules apply.

4. Subscription Renewals
