If you subscription failed to renew, you can easily reactivate it by updating your billing information.

How to Update Your Billing/Credit Card Information

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click the user profile icon and select Profile from the menu.

  3. Go to the Billing Information tab.

  4. Click Edit, update your card details, and click Save.

Once done, the system will automatically renew subscription within 7 days.

Your payment details will be automatically emailed to you right after the charge is processed (they may end up in your junk/spam folder).

However, if you want to renew sooner, please contact to our support team at [email protected] or use our live chat to renew immediately.
