Our subscriptions are set to renew automatically unless you opt to disable the auto-renewal and unsubscribe.
In case you've enrolled in any of our packages, you have the flexibility to deactivate auto-renewal and terminate the subscription whenever you wish.
Subscriptions must be canceled before the next billing period begins to avoid additional charges.
You’ll continue to have access to your purchased package until the end of your current billing period (one year), and will not be charged for the automatic renewal.
To cancel your subscription please follow the steps below
Log into your account (see How do I sign in?).
Click on your profile icon at the top right corner.
Select "Payments & Subscription" from the menu.
Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab under the header.
Find the subscription card marked as "Active".
Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
If prompted with options to keep your subscription, click “Cancel Anyway” to proceed.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
