You have created an instructor profile and now you are ready to create/onboard your course. How to start?

Here's a quick guide on how to set up the basic course information:

Once you have logged in, navigate to your dashboard and click on the "Courses" tab. Then, select "Created Courses". You can also use this direct link: https://learnformula.com/course-manage-list.

On the "Created Courses" page, click the "New Course" button to create a new course. After that, you will be asked to enter the title of your new course. Once you've entered the title, you will be prompted to add course content. Please follow the detailed steps below for more information.

  1. Content- You can add course videos, and files and make quizzes (please see How to Upload Videos?, How to create a quiz? How to add resources?). After you are done with uploading your content, click on the Next button at the top of the page.

  2. Cover - Fill in the course information (title, subtitle, add category, language, or make your course applicable only to a specific region).

  3. Pricing - Set the amount you would like to receive for each individual course sale. Our instructor managers will review the request. You can also connect your Stripe account here if it's not already done.

  4. Description - Here you can provide a summary of the subject of the course. Choose the course level, select videos you wish to be set as preview, or add course prerequisites (if any).

If you click to select promo videos, you will be redirected back to the content section to choose the videos you want to display as a 30-second preview to potential customers.

  5. Objectives - Here you can add learning objectives and tags for the course.

  6. Instructor(s) - Here you can add course author(s) or speaker(s) if you collaborated with a partner to create the course.

  7. Publication- If you have uploaded all necessary information and materials, you can now submit your course to our content management for review. It can take up to 7 days for the course to be released, depending on the volume of the courses in review.

Feel free to note any message for the reviewing team in case you need to explain something additional.

Preview - To see how the course looks to users, click the preview button at the top and select "View as Student".

Delete - In case you need to delete your course, click on the "Delete course" button at the top right

That's it! You have made it to the end! 👍
