How to Change or Reset Your Password
Updated over a week ago

If you can’t remember the password for your LearnFormula account, you can request a reset password email from the login page: No big deal happens to the best of us!

How to reset your password

  1. Move your cursor to the top right of LearnFormula's homepage, then click on Login

  2. Click Forgot your password?

  3. Once you click that, a new "Forgot password" page will open.

  4. On this page, please enter the email address you used when creating your account. Make sure it's the same email you used during signup. Then, click "Send Password Reset Link."

  5. The link will be sent to your email address (check your junk/spam folder if you can't find it).

  6. Click the link in the email, and it will redirect you back to our website, prompting you to create a new password.

How to change your account’s password

After you log into your Learn Formula account, via your browser, navigate to your account information page.

  1. Click on the Sign in & Security tab

  2. In the Current Password: section click on the Change button

  3. Enter your current password, your new password, re-type your new password

  4. Click Change.

Did you sign up for LearnFormula using the Apple, Facebook or Google option?

When you sign up using the Apple, Google or Facebook option, no password is created for your LearnFormula account. If you wish to create a password for your LearnFormula account and log in with the same email address that’s registered with Apple, Google or Facebook moving forward, please follow the steps outlined above to reset your password.

You can access the email address that is registered for your LearnFormula account in your Account settings.

Require further assistance? Contact our Support Team via in-app chat, and they can reset your password for you. They'll provide you with a new, temporary password that you can change as soon as you log in to your account!

Piece of cake!
