What Happens When a Course Expires?
Access to your courses depends entirely on your subscription status. Here's what you need to know if you’re trying to access a course that’s no longer available:
Courses Must Be Part of an Active Package
In order to watch a course, it needs to be included in a currently active package (also referred to as an active membership). If the package has expired, you will no longer be able to watch the course—even if you didn’t finish it.
You will, however, still be able to generate your certificate if the course was completed before the expiration date.
How to reactivate expired courses?
If your course is part of an expired package, and you want to regain access, you’ll need to have an active package. This means either renewing your existing subscription or purchasing a new one.
In that case, besides the new package and hours, you can get up to one additional year of access to previously expired courses.
