Life happens — and if you weren't able to attend a live webinar you registered for, don't stress. You can still watch it and earn your certificate.
Where to find the recording
A recorded version of the webinar will appear on your profile within a few hours of the live session ending. You'll find it under the My Webinars section, ready to watch whenever it suits you.
If you’ve already completed the webinar but would like to rewatch it, you can find it under the Completed section.
If you missed the live session and haven’t finished it yet, the webinar will remain in the Active Webinars section until it is completed.
Watch it on your own schedule
You can watch the recording at your own pace, pause whenever you need to, and re-watch it as many times as you'd like.
You'll still earn your certificate
Once you've completed the recorded version, your certificate of attendance will be added to your My Certificates section — exactly as it would have been if you'd attended live.
How long do you have access?
You'll have access to the recording for one year, or until your membership expiration date — whichever comes first. So feel free to come back and revisit the content anytime within that window.
